Protein Source When There's No Meat

How many of you who are vegetarian or vegan have friends who say - "You can't get enough protein without eating meat!".  How many of these people would be freaking out and thinking that they can not survive and be healthy if they don't have their MEAT! 

Well, I think this is a chart that would be great to print out and put in your supplies, just to dig out and post for those who may get a little panic-y.  


Think Thanksgiving time is a strange time for this post?  Oh well - - -
